Beginners
Thursday 10.00 - 11.30 am
Over 50's
Monday 2.00 -3.30 pm
All levels
Monday 9.45 - 11.15 am
Wednesday 6.45 - 8.15 pm
Iyengar Yoga classes are on a course basis, usually 5 weeks (cost £50). Courses may be joined at any time if space is available. Pay as you go £12 per class, booking essential. All Iyengar Yoga classes are 90 minutes duration.

Other Classes
Qi Gong – every Tuesday at 7pm. Qi Gong is simple, mindful movement to bring flow, ease, and vitality into our bodies and whole self. Key benefits of Qi Gong are feeling restored, grounded and calm. Mother's Circle
The mother's circle will be held the first Sunday of each month. Starting Sunday 3rd March 2024 10 - 11.30am
This will be a group of up to 10 mammas. A place where you can come and talk about your feelings and experiences of motherhood without judgement. Creating a safe and nurturing space to support one another. The circle will include meditation, gentle yoga, relaxation and a sharing circle.
An altar will be present, you're welcome to bring something special to each gathering.

Beginner classes are aimed at complete beginners, those new to Iyengar Yoga or as a refresher for those who have not attended classes for some time. This class is best to learn Yoga from scratch to establish a good foundation in Iyengar Yoga.
General/All level are mixed ability classes suitable for all. Beginners who are relatively fit are welcome.
Concessions may be available for severe financial hardship, contact Jane in confidence to discuss.
